KneeEase is a wellness device for general comfort and relaxation. It is not a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice. KneeEase is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are post-surgery, check with your doctor before use. Pricing & payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). We accept PayPal and card payments through Stripe. When we say you save, the comparison is stated honestly right next to the price — the 2-Pack price versus what two 1-Packs would cost — and we never display fake former prices or strikethroughs. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Shipping & the 30-Day Quality Guarantee
Orders ship FREE to the contiguous United States (48 states) and arrive in 5–10 business days total (up to 3 days processing + 2–7 days transit), with tracking. Carriers: UPS, USPS, FedEx (carrier selected at dispatch). We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside the United States.
Every order is covered by the 30-Day Quality Guarantee: if your KneeEase arrives defective or stops working within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it or refund you — no repair hassles. To claim: email info@importable.store with your order number, a clear photo or video showing the defect, and a photo of the product label and packaging. We reply within 1 business day.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your purchase or use of the site is limited to the purchase price of the product you bought.
